- Be respectful. No bullying, threats, harassment, hate speech, or discrimination.
- Keep it legal. Do not share or request illegal content, exploit anyone, or share content without their consent. Follow the laws where you live.
- You must be 18 or older. Do not show or share content involving anyone under 18 or who appears underage. If you think someone is under 18, leave the chat and report them.
- No nudity or sexual content. This applies to both text and video chat.
- Keep personal details private. Do not share full names, addresses, phone numbers, passwords, or financial details. Avoid moving to other apps to contact strangers.
- No spam or scams. Do not advertise, ask for money, promote links or downloads, trick people, steal login details, or spread malware.
- Use a real, live camera feed. Do not deliberately show a black screen, still image, recording, or fake feed. If your camera fails, tell the other person or switch to text chat.
- Respect boundaries. If someone asks you to stop, stop. You can leave a chat at any time. Do not record, screenshot, or share a chat without the other person’s permission. Others may still record you, so keep anything you would not want copied off camera and out of the chat.
- Be honest. Use genuine interests. Do not impersonate someone or mislead others about who you are or why you are chatting.
- Report rule-breaking. Use the in-chat report tool, choose a reason, and add details if needed. Then leave the chat if you feel uncomfortable.
We use automated systems and human moderation to enforce these rules. Breaking them may lead to restricted access, suspension, or a ban. Serious enforcement decisions should be open to review where practical.
